Oven Roasted Garlic Green Beans

These green beans are an annual family favorite during the holidays. Healthy but with the olive oil, garlic and Parmesan (a must!) still taste delicious (even the kids will eat them)!

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • handful parmesan

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • handful parmesan
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash beans and trim stems off the end of the beans (if they still have remnants of the stems).
  3. Finely dice garlic.
  4. Lay beans out on parchment paper lined baking sheet and toss green beans with diced garlic and olive oil and coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan for an added touch!
