No cookbook would be complete without Cincinnati’s own Skyline Chili Dip. For the most refined pallet … this dip will warm you up during the cold winter months and is best served at 2 am OR while tailgating prior to a Cincinnati Bengals game! Who-dey!

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz package
  • 1 can skyline chili 15 oz can or 13 oz frozen chili package
  • 1 package cheddar cheese shredded; 8 oz package
  • 1/4 cup diced onion optional

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz package
  • 1 can skyline chili 15 oz can or 13 oz frozen chili package
  • 1 package cheddar cheese shredded; 8 oz package
  • 1/4 cup diced onion optional
Instructions
  1. Spread cream cheese on bottom of casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle diced onions (optional).
  3. Pour Skyline chili over onions (opt.) and cream cheese.
  4. Cover with cheddar cheese.
  5. Conventional oven: Heat at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbling but not brown, about 10 minutes.
  6. Microwave oven: Heat on high for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with Corn chips or Fritos corn chips.
