  • 1 sugar cube
  • Angostura bitters
  • 1/2-1 oz grey goose vodka leave in freezer before using
  • Champagne or a good sparkling wine

  • Champagne or a good sparkling wine
Instructions
  1. Soak sugar cube in bitters, place in a frozen champagne flute This cocktail is best served very cold
  2. Add vodka (it is very critical that the vodka is VERY COLD)
  3. Add champagne to the top
  4. Serve and enjoy!
