My favorite vegetable is green beans, so much so that I eat them everyday. When I was young my Mom would send me to pick green beans for dinner, so from a very young age I got in the habit of always munch on fresh beans straight off the plant. This simple recipe is super quick and easy and jazzes up a simple side for those who aren’t quite as obsessed with veggies as I am.
