Pecan Pie

This recipe came from my in laws. it’s their tradition to make every Thanksgiving. Before tasting this I was never a fan of pecan pie, but the flavors and textures are just so good … this pie is great to the last drop!

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup white karo syrup
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients & pour into unbaked piecrust.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins until top begins to crack.
