Rueben Dip

Our Christmas day is so full of activity that we tend to never have an actual “sit-down” meal. So we fill the dining room up with appetizers and snacking foods to sustain us all! This dip is perfect for that – super filling and full of flavor. Not to mention that our whole family is German, so the kraut is always a winner with the relatives.

Ingredients
  • 1 jar sauerkraut 16 oz jar
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz package
  • 2 cups corned beef shredded
  • 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
  • 2 cups swiss cheese shredded
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 45 minutes

  • 1 jar sauerkraut 16 oz jar
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz package
  • 2 cups corned beef shredded
  • 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
  • 2 cups swiss cheese shredded
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a slow cooker, cook on high for 45 minutes or on low until the cheese is melted.
  2. Serve with rye or your choice of crackers.
