A few years ago, purchased a bag of cranberries from the grocery. Never having used fresh cranberries for anything, they sat in my fridge for at least a week. With the assistance of google, I found all kinds of cranberry salads and, and jellies. This recipe stood out as the oddest combination, so it won. The result was a hit – sweet, spicy and savory all in one. Plus, it’s pretty too!
