Ingredients
Chai Spice Mix
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/4tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4tsp. ground allspice
White Hot Chocolate
  • 2cups milk
  • 1cup hal-and-half cream
  • 1cup white chocolate chips
  • 1tbsp. vanilla extract
  • whipped creamfor serving
Instructions
  1. Make the spice mix: in a bowl combine all spices and set aside.
  2. In a 3-quart crockpot combine milk, half-and half cream, white chocolate chips and Chai Spice Mix.
  3. Cover crock pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once white hot chocolate is completely melted, stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Keep white hot chocolate warm in the crock pot until ready to serve.
  6. Once ready to serve, ladle white hot chocolate into serving mugs and top with whipped cream if desired!
